We are thrilled to announce that Ingeborg van Harten, a seasoned HR executive and leader, will join the Coalition team in the capacity of Talent Partner.

We first met Ingeborg when we all worked at the Naspers Group. After Naspers, Ingeborg went on to build an impressive reputation for herself by helping the Dutch payments unicorn Mollie grow from 80 to 400 employees (making it one of the fastest-growing FinTech companies in Europe).  Ingeborg's expertise in scaling was further honed by her work for other FinTech companies including Sprinque, Bitvavo, Biller, Payaut, and ClearBank.
Ingeborg is now the founder of 7people, a People & Culture consultancy. They enable startups and scaleups to grow by offering a wide range of HR services, including executive search, HRaaS, and interim HR professionals. 7people has already supported over 50 organizations with innovative people solutions, including Uberall, Ticketswap, Irdeto, The Social Hub, GoodHabitz, Trunkrs, Orbisk, Source and Loavies.
Ingeborg's decision to join our ranks as a Talent Partner has filled us with immense pride. Her vast experience offers invaluable expertise to our team and investment companies.
